With the continuous development of technology, heat pump grain dryers have become the preferred choice for farmers. So, how do you use this equipment correctly? Below, we will introduce the operating procedures.

I. Preparation Before using the equipment, preparation is necessary. First, check that the dryer's power supply, heater, and exhaust fan are functioning properly. Second, determine the installation location for the dryer; generally, a well-ventilated indoor or outdoor location with good air circulation should be chosen. Additionally, after placing the dryer, clean the filters and water tank inside the drying chamber.

II. Start-up Operation Once the preparation is complete, you can begin the start-up operation. First, turn on the dryer's power switch and select the relevant settings on the screen. Then, open the exhaust vent and start the exhaust fan to allow air circulation and expel humid air. Next, the heater will begin heating, allowing the dryer to generate heat and raise the indoor temperature.

III. Placing Materials Once the internal temperature of the dryer reaches the preset temperature, you can place the materials to be dried inside. We need to evenly spread the material on the trays inside the dryer, avoiding overcrowding to prevent affecting the drying effect. After placing the material, be sure to close the dryer door to prevent external temperature interference.

IV. Adjusting the Temperature
After placing the material, adjust the dryer's temperature and humidity according to actual needs. Different materials have different drying temperature and humidity requirements, so we need to adjust the dryer accordingly to achieve the desired drying effect. This can be done through the settings menu on the dryer's display screen.

V. Monitoring the Drying Process
Monitoring is necessary during the drying process. We need to constantly monitor the data on the dryer's display screen, as well as the indoor temperature and humidity.

Simultaneously, pay attention to the normal operation of the exhaust vents and exhaust fan to ensure proper air circulation. If the dryer malfunctions, we need to promptly check for faults and repair them.

In summary, the operation of a heat pump grain dryer is relatively simple, but during use, adjustments need to be made according to actual conditions, and constant monitoring is essential to ensure drying effectiveness and the normal operation of the equipment.
