Precautions for using a heat pump dryer mainly focus on the following aspects:
Installation and Placement
1. Environmental Requirements
Installation should be performed on a dry, well-ventilated, flat surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent damage to electrical components caused by humidity. Flammable gases must not be stored near the equipment; ensure a safe distance to prevent heat dissipation. The drainpipe must not extend longer than 5 meters, and the pipe end must be 20 cm below the ground to prevent drainage problems.
2. Leveling and Mounting
The equipment must be installed horizontally, with an angle no greater than 45 degrees. Inversion is prohibited (for built-in compressors). If placed sideways or upside down, allow it to rest flat for 5-10 hours before restarting.
Regularly check the base mounting bolts and support spring connections for looseness and tighten them promptly.

Pre-Operation Preparation
1. Power Supply and Wiring Check
Confirm that the power cord is securely connected and the voltage is stable (the standard power supply is typically 31-380V/5Hz, with an acceptable range of 342V-418V). Inspect the power cord for damage or aging to avoid leakage or short circuit risks.

2. Equipment Appearance and Component Inspection
Inspect the outer casing and air inlets and outlets for damage or blockage to ensure unobstructed ventilation.
Clean the air inlet filter to prevent reduced heat exchange efficiency. When cleaning, remove the dust screen and clean the finned heat exchanger with a soft brush or cotton cloth to prevent water from entering the electrical components.

Parameter Setting and Operation Monitoring
1. Temperature and Time Settings: Adjust the temperature according to the material: Initially increase the air speed to accelerate moisture evaporation, and later decrease it to prevent overdrying.
2. Operation Status Monitoring
After startup, observe the equipment sound level (normal operation should be smooth; abnormalities such as clicking require shutdown and inspection).
Regularly check the control panel parameters (temperature, humidity, compressor status, etc.) to ensure they are within normal ranges. During extended operation or when drying heavy materials with high moisture content, drain the grain for 20-30 minutes every two hours to prevent material from caking.

Handling Abnormalities During Operation
1. Abnormal Sounds or Odors: Immediately shut down the machine, turn off the power, and check whether the cause is improper tray placement, loose components, or material blockage.

2. Abnormal Temperatures
If the temperature rises or falls suddenly, check for equipment failure or uneven material stacking. Adjust the problem and restart the machine.
3. Electrical Failures
If you notice any dangerous phenomena, such as a burning smell or flashing fire, immediately shut down the machine and contact professional maintenance personnel. Do not disassemble the machine yourself.

Shutdown and Maintenance
1. Normal Shutdown
First, stop the machine on the control panel. Wait until the machine stops before turning off the power.
After drying, wait 5-10 minutes before removing the material to avoid deformation or burns.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance
Daily Maintenance: Clean the filter, empty the dust box, and check the power cord.
Monthly Maintenance: Thoroughly clean the interior of the machine, wipe the fin heat exchanger, and lubricate components such as the fan and bearings.
Annual Maintenance: Check the tightness of the screws and grounding, and inspect the computer board operating system and spring condition.
3. Long-Term Out of Service: Disconnect the power supply, turn off the main switch, securely protect the machine, and store it in a dry and well-ventilated place.

Safety Precautions
1. Electric Shock Prevention
Ensure the equipment is properly grounded and regularly check the grounding system.
Avoid operating in humid environments to prevent moisture and electric shock to electrical components.
2. Fire and Explosion Prevention
Do not dry flammable or explosive items (such as alcohol sprays), and keep away from sources of fire.
Regularly clean dust from the fan to prevent friction and fire.
3. Burn Prevention
Avoid contact with high-temperature exhaust ports during operation. Remove materials promptly after shutdown to prevent burns from residual heat.
