The working principle of swimming pool dehumidifier mainly includes the following steps:
Dehumidification process: When warm and humid air flows through the evaporator, the temperature drops, and the warm water vapor condenses into cold water and separates from the air, making the air dry and refreshing, realizing the dehumidification function of the air, and ensuring comfortable relative humidity indoors.
Heat recovery and utilization: The heat energy released during the dehumidification process is absorbed by the refrigerant, and the pool water is heated by the heat exchanger to realize the pool water heating function. At the same time, another part of the heat passes through the reheater to heat the cooled indoor air to realize the air heating function.
Operation mode of constant temperature dehumidifier:
Constant temperature heating operation mode: Using the principle of heat pump technology, the air heat exchanger absorbs low-grade heat energy in the air to heat the pool water and maintain a constant water temperature.
Dehumidification operation mode: Dehumidification of the indoor swimming pool environment is achieved by absorbing the heat in the indoor swimming pool air. At the same time, the air heat exchanger of the outdoor unit discharges the condensation waste heat to the outside to achieve independent dehumidification operation.
Heating + Dehumidification Operation Mode: Dehumidify the indoor swimming pool environment by absorbing the heat from the indoor swimming pool air, while the titanium coil heat exchanger in the outdoor unit heats the swimming pool water and maintains a constant water temperature.
Energy conversion process: The unit's fan draws warm and humid air from the swimming pool, which flows through the evaporator and transfers heat energy to the cold liquid refrigerant for dehumidification and cooling. The liquid refrigerant expands through the evaporator and becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which becomes a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant after entering the compressor. This high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant flows through the air reheating coil, pool water condenser or outdoor unit condenser to achieve functions such as reheating the air, keeping the pool water constant temperature, and discharging waste heat.
