Daily maintenance of kitchen air conditioners mainly includes the following aspects:

‌Inspection before starting: Before using the air cooler, a series of inspections are required to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. This includes checking whether the power supply is connected separately from the distribution box, whether the voltage and frequency meet the requirements, whether the power ground connection is clear, and whether the air switch or leakage protection switch is working properly. At the same time, check the water inlet, the water level in the water tray, the joint between the water inlet distributor and the water inlet hose, the buckle of the air duct on the frame, the working sensitivity of the drain valve, the water pump shaft, the water inlet hose, etc.

‌Precautions during use: During use, pay attention to the following points:

Confirm that the power is turned on before turning on.
Outdoor air conditioners should be kept away from fire sources, and the power supply should be cut off during thunderstorms to ensure safety.
In the absence of special circumstances (such as places where it is necessary to turn on the machine 24 hours a day), the power supply should be turned off in time when no one is using it during work and off-work, so that the air conditioner can rest, thereby extending its service life and performance. When shutting down, you should first turn off the switch on the wall controller and then cut off the power supply to avoid turning off the power switch directly.
‌Cleaning and maintenance‌: When the air cooler is shut down and not in use, it needs to be inspected and cleaned again to prepare for the next use. The cleaning method includes removing the ejector pin and the fixing gasket, carefully separating the filter (wet curtain) from the side cover, and using a wire brush or a soft brush to clean the filter to ensure that the dirt is completely removed. At the same time, clean the chassis of the air cooler and open the drain valve to drain the remaining sewage in the chassis. After cleaning, install the side panels of the air cooler and open the ventilation to allow the moisture in the filter and chassis to evaporate and dry. Finally, cover the air cooler with a dust cover and turn off its main power supply.

‌Other maintenance matters‌: During the operation of the air cooler, you also need to pay attention to the following parameters:

Evaporator temperature and pressure.
Condenser inlet and outlet temperature and pressure.
Air cleanliness.
Refrigerant pressure and temperature in the condenser.
Host current and voltage.
Lubricant cleanliness.
Is there any abnormal noise when the unit is running?
Are there any leaks in the valves?
Are the pipe connections sealed?
